Antelope Audio (legal name Elektrosfera Ltd.) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We want to tell you how we use and protect your personal information. This includes informing you of your rights regarding your personal information that we hold.
You as our valuable client have already registered with our website and are enjoying our services and products. We have gathered personal information from you, through registration to our website, registration of your Antelope Audio device or through contracts or other legal arrangements you have with us, in order to deliver contractual/legal obligations. In other cases, we will get that information from you with your permission and consent. Regarding your request to serve as Beta Tester you will provide us further information in order to make the achievement of the Beta Tester Program possible.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:
Antelope Audio collects information for some or all of the following reasons:
– In order to enable your participation in our Beta Tester Program, where you can enjoy our latest achievements, drivers and updates;
– To provide services to you after you have registered to our website including registration of your Antelope Audio device;
– To provide information about products or services you have shown interest in purchasing within a reasonable time afterwards, if you are already an existing Antelope Audio customer;
– To provide goods or services to you under contract;
– For legal reasons or legal obligations, for example, to provide in-warranty service for our products;
– To send you marketing and promotion materials to the designated e-mail, i.e. inform you about news, events, promotions, new products of Antelope Audio brand (this purpose applies only if you have explicitly checked-off the respective box in the Request/registration form or have given you explicit consent otherwise).

∙ We must provide services to you (including warranty tech-support) after you have purchased Antelope Audio product

∙ Subcontractors and third parties for the purpose of the performance of a contract that we hold with them or that we hold with you. For example: Our authorized service centers who take care of the warranty and out-of-warranty repair of our Products.

Other reasons Antelope Audio may share your personal information with a third party
In addition, Antelope Audio will share your personal data with third parties for the following reasons:

∙ To enforce or apply our Website Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of Sale, Beta Tester Program or other agreements
∙ To protect the rights, property, or safety of Antelope Audio, our customers or others.

How long do we keep your personal data?
Antelope Audio will not retain your personal information for longer than required.
We will keep your personal information:

∙ Until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it
∙ Until you request us to stop using it.

What if I chose not to give you my personal information?
If the personal information is absolutely necessary in order to supply goods or services to you under a contract between you and Antelope Audio, then we will not enter into that contract or provide the services or goods if you do not give us your personal information.

Your rights and your personal data

∙ The right to request that “Elektrosfera” Ltd. corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
∙ The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for “Elektrosfera” Ltd. to retain such data;
∙ The right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time, for processing of the purposes of direct marketing;
∙ The right to request that the data controller provide the data subject with his/her personal data and where possible, to transmit that data directly to another data controller, (known as the right to data portability), (where applicable).
∙ The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;
∙ The right to object to the processing of personal data, (applies where processing is for direct marketing);
∙ The right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory body, where the competent body is the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Commission – www.cpdp.bg.
∙ The right to withdraw consent. If you have given Us your consent to process your data but change your mind later, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and Antelope Audio must stop processing your data. Please note that all processing of your personal data will cease once you have withdrawn consent but this will not affect any personal data that has already been processed prior to this point.
