This Discrete 4 Synergy Core User Stories Competition (“Competition”) is intended to capture the impression of personal user experience of the owners of Discrete 4 Synergy Core Product.

 

I. Organizer of the Competition

This Competition is organized by Elektrosfera Ltd. doing business under the trade name Antelope Audio, (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”), which is the manufacturer of the Antelope Audio branded products. More info at antelopeaudio.com.

II. Official terms and conditions

2.1. This is a closed Competition – for owners of Antelope Audio’s Discrete 4 Synergy Core only.

2.2. The participants in the Competition shall comply with these terms and conditions. Participation in the Competition constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred as “Terms”).

2.3. The Organizer of the Competition retains its right to amend or supplement these Terms, where the amendments and supplements shall enter into force after these are announced to all invited users.

III. Competition Period

3.1. Competition begins on 05.04.2021 at 11:30 AM EST and ends on 20.04.2021 at 4:30 AM EST (the “Competition Period”).

3.2. The Organizer has the right to change the Competition Period, upon notifying the relevant users for that as specified in art.2.3.

IV. Prize description

4.1. The winners in the two competition categories will be awarded the following:

(i) For the video content subcategory, the prizes are:

1st Place – Edge Duo Modeling Microphone

2nd Place – Edge Solo Modeling Microphone

3rd Place – 10 Antelope Audio effects

(ii) For the photo subcategory, the prizes are:

1st Place – 15 Antelope Audio effects

2nd Place – 10 Antelope Audio effects

3rd Place – 5 Antelope Audio effects

together referred to as the “Prize”.

4.2. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

V. How to participate?

5.1. This Competition is a competition for a limited number of participants, specially invited by the Organizer via e-mail. This Competition is open only for users of Antelope Audio branded products, who own Discrete 4 Synergy Core.

If you read these Terms, that means you have received an e-mail invitation to take part in our competition.

5.2. If you wish to participate in the Competition you have to fulfill the below steps:

(i) Make video content on how you use your Discrete 4 Synergy Core and/or take a photo with your Discrete 4 Synergy Core. You may take part in both categories, by sending both video content and photo.

(ii)Post your video and/or photo on your social media channels – Facebook or Instagram and tag Antelope Audio.

(iii)Send an e-mail to userstories@antelopeaudio.com including a link to your social media post/s and the posted content as an attached file.

 

5.3. We may post your content on our social media channels (Facebook & Instagram) or at our website and tag you. By participating in this Competition you are giving us your consent. This is a condition precedent for participation.

 

VI. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to individuals, who at the time of entry are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (if higher).
• No purchases or payments of any kind are necessary to enter the game or win.
• An entrant can only participate if it is legal to do so as determined by the laws of the state and/or territory in which the entrant reside and/or access the Competition, where ascertaining of the above is entrant’s responsibility.
• The Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free.

VII. Mechanism of the Competition

7.1. The winners of each category will be selected by a commission, which shall consist of Antelope Audio’s Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator of Antelope Audio

7.2. The criteria for selecting the winners are creativity, quality, and inspiration.

7.3. The commission will meet on 21.04.2021 and after evaluating the videos and photos will determine the winners in both categories. The decisions of the commission are final and binding on these Terms.

7.5. The winners will be notified by email for winning the competition within seven (7) days following the decision of the commission.

7.6. Video content winner must return an e-mail with its shipping details, where Organizer will send the Prize (if applicable).

 

VIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1. Publicity Consent

8.1.1. We may use the video and photo content you send us for our marketing purposes, i.e. posting the content or part thereof on our social media, posting it on our corporate website – antelopeaudio.com, using it in other marketing materials. By entering this Competition participants grants (and agrees to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Organizer the right to use participant’s name, photograph, voice, image, statements at for advertising, publicity, in any media, without review, notification, approval or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8.1.2. By participating in this Competition, you give your explicit consent for the above use of your image, name, photograph etc. and you explicitly agree your video and or photo (containing your image and voice) to be used by Organizer for the purposes under art.8.1.1 above. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending us an e-mail to userstories@antelopeaudio.com We will than have 1 month to comply with your withdrawal request.

*Please be aware that by the time of your withdrawal the content with your image, voice, name, photograph, the statement may have already been published or posted (as above described), in which cases we will stop further posting it and using the content and will withdraw it from our website, but we may not delete the content posted at the social media platforms for the time until the consent withdrawal.

8.1.3. Organizer may elect and has the right to post the name of the winners on its website or also include the winners in a news story, posted on Organizer’s website, and/or on its social media channels (including, but not limited to Facebook® and Instagram®). The name of the winners will be posted when verified.

 

8.2. Taxes

All national and local taxes (regardless local for the Organizer or (and) local for the winner) on a prize, if any, are solely the responsibility of the respective winner. The Organizer shall not assume any responsibility to declare the Prize in front of any authorities.

8.3. Disclaimers

8.3.1. To the extent permitted by law, in no event will the Organizer, its directors, employees or partners, or the manufacturer of the products be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or exemplary damages arising out of entrant’s access to and use of Organizer’s websites or downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from Organizer’s websites and/or arising out of the participation of the entrants in the Competition .

8.3.2. The Organizer bears no liability for inability to contact the winner due to invalid or false e-mail address or lack of response by the winner on the winning notification.

 

IX. PERSONAL DATA

9.1. Organizer is willing to use your personal data, which has already been submitted to us upon creating your Antelope Audio account and registering your device, for a different purpose, i.e. participation in the Competition and the connected communication activities.

9.2. In compliance with the personal data regulations we hereby notify you that we intent to use your personal data for a further purpose.

9.3. By participating in the Competition you give your consent your personal data to be used as follows:

(i) for the participation in the Competition and the connected communication activities;

(ii) in case of winning a prize – processing the delivery of the Prize;

(iii) your video content and photo, provided to us will be used for marketing purposes, as determined in art.8.1.1.

9.4. We will process your personal data on the grounds of your consent.

9.5. The Organizer will not retain your personal information for longer than required.

9.6. Your personal data is needed to participate in the Competition. If you don’t want your data to be used as specified above, you will not be able to participate in the Competition.
